Founder & Aesthetic Injector
Sarah Kasper is the founder of SKN Aesthetics and the driving force behind its vision. Blending a deep passion for aesthetics with meticulous attention to detail, Sarah specializes in injectables and advanced treatments that are thoughtfully tailored to each individual client. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all — she listens, she assesses, and she delivers results that feel natural and confident.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her nursing degree from Regis College. Outside the treatment room, she is a classically trained pianist and an avid traveler, with a creative sensibility and curiosity that quietly informs everything she does.

A graduate of the prestigious Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics, Sarah brings over a decade of expertise and an unwavering love for the craft to every treatment she performs Having been with KN Medspa — now SKN Aesthetics — for ten years, Sarah's depth of knowledge and genuine care for her clients speaks for itself. Dr. Howard Kesselman brings an extraordinary level of medical expertise and leadership to SKN Aesthetics as our Medical Director. A graduate of Yale Medical School, Dr. Kesselman completed his residency and fellowship training through Harvard Medical School — credentials that reflect his lifelong commitment to clinical excellence.
With over five years of experience managing and overseeing aesthetic medicine networks, Dr. Kesselman brings a wealth of knowledge in injectables and the broader aesthetics arena. His medical oversight ensures that every treatment protocol at SKN Aesthetics meets the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and patient care.
Kathy Nash, RN

Kathy Nash is the founder of KN Medspa and the cornerstone of the legacy on which SKN Aesthetics is proudly built. A registered nurse and nationally recognized expert aesthetic injector and trainer, Kathy brings decades of hands-on clinical experience and an exceptional eye for natural results. Her passion for regenerative medicine and its evolving role in aesthetics has kept her at the forefront of the industry throughout her career.
Kathy continues to serve SKN Aesthetics as a trusted mentor and advisor, ensuring that the standards, techniques, and patient-first values she built KN Medspa upon remain at the heart of everything we do.
